"Zona linistita"

Apartamentul este intr-o zona linistita, este ingrijit si amenajat ok, cu tot ceea ce este nevoie. Terasa este un plus, fiind o zona de relexare foarte placuta

Parcarea - posibilitatea de a parca "pe strada" inseamna sa parchezi masina aleatoriu, nefiind spatii pentru asa ceva, iar cea de la o institutie apropiata este de fapt parcarea magazinului Penny, care este foarte mica, iar la anumite ore nici nu sunt locuri disponibile Liftul inca nu functioneaza, dar pentru noi nu a fost un inconvenient atat de mare neavand bagaje voluminoase
