Waterfront Village

Excellent location, short walk to the shops, restaurants and attractions of the Waterfront. Great pool. Spacious apartment. Large washer and dryer very useful. Welcome pack for kids was a nice touch, including a guide/activity book which was really excellent and kept them busy at many restaurant meals!

We were asked before arrival how we wanted the beds configured and asked for a twin for the children, but they were all made as doubles when we arrived. Corrected by housekeeping the following day. Blind in third bedroom didn't shut fully so very light with outside lighting. Big windows are good for views but gets hot without air-conditioning.

The accommodation was well appointed and had everything you'd need. Close to the V&A Waterfront where all the restaurants were fantastic and there was lots of entertainment. The pool was close by and with room service daily it was a great place to relax after a day of adventure

The only downside to this apartment was the water pressure in the shower. The shower in the bath was fine but the regular shower was a trickle.

Only the views and cleaning everyday. You request for assistance regardless and f the time, they do assist. Love that I could walk to V&A even at night.

I was unhappy about the procedure for checking in. It was frustrating as I was not given clear directions when I arrived from the location.

Love the location.

Reception was at the other end of the complex so it was a bit of a walk. Phoning the reception was only partly successful when we needed something.
