"Booking process was poor. Property was good."

Location in downtown Porto good. Close to excellent restaurants and attractions. Parking was easy to find.

Had difficulty contacting the property. Sent the property a message regarding a double bookiing and didn't receive a reply only after contacting Booking.com. Problem was not resolved and I ended up paying twice for the same reservation.

Poderia estar em melhor cuidado e os ambientes mais bem aproveitados …tem potencial para ser um bom hotel mas parece que está um pouco esquecido..

"Excellent Value and Great Location"

Great location, responsive staff, and excellent value for money. The common area is spacious and comfortable. Close to the bus station which made us easy to drop off our luggage.

Check-in starts a bit late, but luggage storage was available, which made things much more convenient.
