The bed, bath

The fact that the water was cold at night when we wanted to bath

The place is clean it needs some revamping. The pool was clean

The fact that electricity kept on tripping

The breakfast was good though limited and the location is perfect close to everything. The area and the host are very good and the location is easy to get, as for the Thabang guy very helpful, humble and friendly

The dining is too small and food limitation ig also not good. The rush in for room service and linen not changed daily, No refill for tea and the other room had no kettle at all

The staff were excellent, especially Mr Thabang, who was always attentive, welcoming, and eager to make guests feel comfortable. The room itself was pleasant and cozy.

The bathroom shower was unfortunately broken, making it difficult to use as it leaked when switched from tap to shower. This made it difficult for us to enjoy a good shower. Breakfast was the least enjoyable part of our stay, with food that felt overly oily and no proper coffee or milk available but sachets of Ricoffy and cremola.

The stuff was friendly. Location was closer to our main attraction.

The bed were not comfortable. The noise level of other guests. Shower does not have accessories to put soaps.

Nothing much everything was find and also i made 3 Bookings by mistake and able to cancel 1 without any charges,
