La limpieza, comodidad, todo impecable. Jabones y cremas de la marca Rituals en el baño. Tiene un fabuloso restaurante donde cenamos de muerte. El personal muy atento y simpático. Lo recomiendo mucho. Radauti es un buen centro de operaciones para conocer los monasterios pintados de la Bucovina más importantes.

Everything was excellent. One of the most practical, modern hotel rooms I have ever stayed in since I started travelling over 20 years ago. The elegant design, simple and practical lay out of the living room and balcony was impressive. The kitchen design with wood was great, not cluttered but practical. The bedroom was huge and with modern lighting and charging points made the room feel modern. The work desk was long and useful for my work I needed to do. The bathroom was the highlight, so sleek and warm, wood design with an amazing shower with monsoon, usual shower head options, the decline in the floor allowed for water not to escape the shower area. The sink was huge and the toilet has a water hose which was a nice surprise for a European hotel. The heated towel railing was useful and kept the bathroom warm and cozy. The two light settings of bright and dim was a nice touch. The touch panels for lights in the apartment were impressive. If I was to have a one-bedroom apartment this design would be perfect. Location was perfect close to Radauti and local shops around.

The only disappointment was the front desk as we asked for a late check out the next morning. Their check out is 11:00 am which is the earliest I have ever come across in my 20 plus years of travelling. We noticed there were no other guests, the hotel was not busy at all and when we requested for a late check out, there was no openness for a discussion or accommodating our request. We needed to work online until 2pm and would have appreciated them to allow us to work in the room for that time. Instead, there was not a compromise, or accommodating our need and we took all our things to the restaurant and continued our work there for the next 3 hours. Amazing facility, unfortunately the service and hospitality did not match the ambiance.

Este pentru a doua oara cand stau aici si fara doar si poate, pentru mine este cea mai buna cazare din Radauti(am mai stat intr-o multime de apartamente).Plus ca are si un restaurant la parter, unde se mananca gustos, iar personalul este minunat!Recomand 100%
