A oasis of coziness in Bucovina! This place exceeded our expectations. Everything about our stay was great, from the beginning until the checkout. The staff is very friendly, the room was big, clean, and well equipped, gave off a homely feeling. The attention to detail was remarkable. We also tried the hotel’s restaurant and can only recommend it! It has a very nice atmosphere and the dishes are delicious!

It is at the city center. The building is new. Reception is kind.

The cleaning is awful. We stayed for three nights. From the first day we noticed food scraps under the sofa, used and forgotten socks behind the radiator and hairs on the floor of the bathroom. Like the room was never cleaned before us. We warned the reception about it. But the lady from reception said that she can do nothing because there is nobody to clean. The other day we returned back to room. The forgotten socks and hairs removed but the food scraps (potato and others) were still there and additionally there were muddy footprint on the floor of bathroom. Again we warned. The last day still the food scraps were still under the sofa. All three days we lived with the food scraps.

Very clean and comfortable apartment, the food was lovely, the staff the same.
