ZAStaff was friendly and the place was clean.
There was not enough cups and cuttlery, (we were a family of five and there was only 2 cups and 3 plates) The drain in the kitchen was blocked. They should put a shower mat in the bathroom, all the water runs on the floor into the rest of the apartment if there is no shower mat. The blinds is see through so the street lights shine directly into the room, and this makes it hard to sleep. There was a string wind and the front doors windows blew open (you can see did try to patch it up previously with duck tape)
