Reception host was available all the time! Very communicative and helpful.

Amazingly helpful staff who organized drivers upon request & were super kind. The room itself was good enough for a few nights stay, had good AC & bathroom/shower. The pool is excellent. Very clean & enjoyable. Over all enjoyed the stay especially for the price. Thanks!

Unfortunately it could have been cleaner especially the bed sheets which had a few stains on them & felt damp on the first night.

it's the most comfortable and clean place where i ever stayed in. they clean the pool every day, the room is perfect and brand new, the staff is super friendly and helpful. everything was perfect thank you very much.

the worst experience in my entire life. we will never come back to this place. they are always seeking a chance to charge extra by intentionally involving customers in trouble, and it is to repair and maintain their facilities. we booked 2 rooms. they could not arrange the roooms to close each other. They refused to refil the water bottle because it was heavy. the way they check your room upon your checkout is really disgusting.

Do not book this hotel. We had the worst hotel experience here, and this hotel owner destroyed not only the entire travel experience of us, but also the impression about the Philippines, and the first and the last chance to make good memory of the travel between my child and his best friend, who came from abroad in his short school holiday just to meet my child and spend time together. My child moved from my country 2 years ago, and he was dreaming of that moment. We couldn't believe this hotel.

They check every single item you used or touched on this property to blame you and to try charging you repair costs, even if it was already damaged when you check in. The fact is that; - the pool was not well maintained, dirty, cracked, and our children were injured. - the owner came to us and suddenly asked to pay for repair costs of the pool because they saw us playing in the pool in a security camera - the owner declared us that they didn't check the pool every day, thus didn't know that the crack was there (what a lack of responsibility!) - the owner clearly told us that he knew this would happen because this happened before exactly in the same situation. ( the owner didn't change anything since then for improvement. what a poor decision he made!) - we had to argue with the owner in front of other customers.( Oh no, the owner actually does not care about other customers who stay there for vacation...) - the owner strated blaming us, who did not report about the dangerous crack on our first day, and repeatedly and clearly said IT IS CUSTOMERS' RESPONSIBILITY TO REPORT ANY DAMAGES ON HIS PROPERTY although It'snot that I am not working for him nor was there to check his property for free. I'm guessing that this hotel will tell you upon your check out "hey, you sweat too much on the pillow, you should pay for special cleaning", "hey, you made the friedge diety, we need to call special cleaning", "hey, your towel has stain. you need to pay for a special charge."
