What I liked most about the accommodation was that since I made the reservation, I was well taken care of by the owner. I was given clear instructions about check-in in advance, and when I needed to communicate during my stay, I received a prompt response. The accommodation is small but fully equipped, and I wouldn’t think twice about booking it again in the future. The bed is a dream! High and very comfortable — exactly what you need to relax after arriving. The host even left us complimentary snacks in the fridge. The place was impeccably clean and had a wonderfully pleasant scent!

the place is well located near of many malls, market, etc. The host is gentle and responsive, each inquiry I had was successfully. The room is comfy and cozy, has all the stuff needed for an short and large stance.

It's just perfect

We had a wonderful stay in this atypical accommodation. It is atypical as it is a hybrid between an B&B and a studio. Like a B&B it is part of a private residence, unlike a B&B there is no breakfast. Like a studio it is fully equipped, with private bathroom, kitchenette etc. Unlike a Studio there is no high cleaning fee. All in all a wonderful combination, in a quiet neighbourhood, and a great host. Of our 4 stays during our trip, this was the most pleasant / enjoyable. The host added some little extras, there were some drinks, some snacks, all to make coffee and tea, all very welcoming.

They were not there, so I could not get in, and despite going back more than once I had to go and find a more expensive alternative in the end. Absolutely not acceptable.

Everything. I suspect they just got the wrong dates of blocking their facility, but that is just not good enough and it would have been solved if they had had a method of communicating with guests.

Very clean and beautiful unit. Everything was supplied by the owner and very comfortable.

I have enjoyed my stay at Sunrise Efficiency. It was clean and cozy. This place has great amenities. Petrona and co-host Maureen are great host. They respond very quickly to your messages. The hosts are very accommodating. I will readily stay here again.
