Location were nearby the event of the trip which was ok for me

The fact that the first night we locate 16km away from where we booked because there were no room avaliable for the night. No aircondition,wifi connection were poor,breakfast wasnt so good.

Did not have breakfast because I was told that I was supposed to book the breakfast the night before, which the member who were on duty did not inform us. That place is very bad and all the current staff members need to be fired, otherwise the owner will lose the business.

The only thing that can change that place is for the owner to fire all the staff members starting form the management, who is not answering her phone or returning the calls. And it's because she knows that people are calling because of the unhappiness.

I loved the location as it's close to the mall and fuel station

1. On arrival on Friday we were booked in a room with a toilet that you must open the cistern when flushing. 2. After struggling to switch the TV on, it had to be switched on by the staff member on Saturday night 3. Water from the shower was cold on Saturday morning. It was only fixed on Saturday night, after we reported 4. When we returned from the funeral on Saturday evening, we found our room as we left it in the morning, . On enquiry, they told us that we were SUPPOSED to leave the keys for them to clean. This information was not shared with us on arrival. 5. On Sunday morning when we went for breakfast at 8am, which we were informed that it's served from 7-9am, only cereal and coffee/tea were ready. We were then informed that we were SUPPOSED to place our breakfast order the night before. Again, that information was not shared with us prior. At 8h20, we enquired about readiness of breakfast, considering that we had to travel back to Pretoria, we were informed that they were still preparing for those who had placed orders the night before. At 8h50 we got tired of waiting and left without having eaten. 5. After trying to call the manager several times, she neither answered calls nor responded to missed calls. EUFEES GUESTHOUSE SHOULD JUST BE CLOSED FOR BUSINESS UNTIL THEY HIRE STAFF THAT WILL TAKE GUESTS SERIOUSLY AND TREAT THEM AS GUESTS

Poor quality breakfast. Place does not look goood. Cold shower.
