Please inform NorthPoint Pattaya in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of THB 5000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of THB 500 applies for arrivals (check-in) and departures (check-out) between 17:00 and 09:00 hours. All requests for late arrival or early departure are subject to confirmation by the property. - Please make sure all electrical appliances in the entire house are turned off before leaving. For non-compliance with fire safety rules - a fine of THB 2,000 - Additional set of bedding (blanket + sheet + bedspread + pillow + pillowcase) - 1000 THB A deposit may be required at the property.
