"There was no stay it doesn't exist!!!"

The place is a scam, it doesn't exist 😭😭we had to come back home

We didn't even get to see the place the direction gaven by the app which is booking. Com took us to the graveyard 😭😭😭

"Not pleasant at all we watched"

It could accommodate all of us ladies

There was no water we couldn’t bath flash the toilet and we were accused of still the keys to the property we didn’t even get back our money back threats and all yhoooo

"Sad and uncomfortable"

The pool

There were no towels to use. On arrival we were informed there was no WiFi, we had to pay a R500 breakage deposit that wasn’t included in the terms and conditions. they wanted the deposit in cash. There was countless broken items in the house. Some of the toilets didn’t flush properly. They changed the house photos after our stay as the home booked and provided were not the same. When we complained about the place and lack of towels the manager sent someone by the name of Andre to intimidate us to leave the property, he barged in while the children were swimming and began to harass my mother. He then said we should immediately leave the property when we hadn’t even had a chance to pack or wash up. He stormed into the house took the keys and tv and set the alarm on. We were informed that guests steal towels and so they cannot provide us with any towels, it was really sad as the facility did not mention it before that we would need to bring our own towels. It took the owner of the property to come and apologise on his behalf.
