The host never answered the phone or replied to any messages. There were no apartments at the location provided on Booking.com — it simply doesn't exist! We were left without accommodation and had to urgently look for a new place to stay. Absolutely unacceptable experience.

We arrived in Malta after an early-morning flight, expecting to check-in at this apartment but to our horror, it was like it didn’t exist! With no communication from the host and little information given on the website, we were wondering about, lugging our suitcases like headless chickens! Even after asking the locals, no one seemed to know where it was. We called the number given numerous times and no one answered…and this went on for hours as we tried to find a solution. We were already tired from the flight, and carrying our heavy luggages was not the best either. Having used Booking.com for years now, this is our first time having experienced such disgusting service, which ruined our family holiday! Irrespective of the money-loss, our whole day we planned was ruined and lost. Therefore, we had to book a last minute hotel, 6x the initial cost of this apartment because that was our only option. DO NOT BOOK THIS SCAM OF AN APARTMENT!
