Great big and specious room, include everything you need. And close to the car rental areas which was a plus for me. The building is really fancy and include gym pool and spa, and the room has kitchen with amenities and great balcony.

The wifi password was incorrect so we couldn't use it for our stay, but I have to say the team was very responsive and tried to help, but they needed access to the room to fix it, when we were outside so we didn't allow that.

Camera spaziosa e molto silenziosa. Ottima la possibilità di avere un parcheggio a disposizione per la macchina. Posizione strategica sia per raggiungere il mare che il centro. La ragazza alla reception, Alena, è stata molto gentile e ci ha dato un sacco di informazioni. Non abbiamo usufruito delle piscine. Check in flessibile e automatico.

Sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Anlage

Parkplätze sind super eng, man muss immer erst an der Rezeption zum öffnen der Garage nachfragen. Zimmer wurde nie (3 Nächte) gereinigt oder zumindest Müll geleert.

Appartement exceptionnel en plein centre de Tulum. Très propre, spacieux et parfaitement entretenu. Accueil au top à la conciergerie / réception du bas, personnel super agréable. Nous avons adoré cette expérience. Seul petit bémol : la literie un peu dure, mais au vu de la qualité de l’appartement, cela reste un détail. Rien de négatif à signaler, nous recommandons sans hésiter.
