Cold water in the facility and no information on where to turn on the boiler, insufficient toilet paper, uncomfortable bed in the living room, no instructions on how to turn on the TV, unpleasant smell of cigarettes in the facility.

The apartment is a self-contained residential property. In a new building and very modern. Fast internet very well equipped for living during a longer stay. Quiet location. The person serving the apartment very helpful, friendly and available during the entire stay. Highly recommended.

A super comfortable apartment in an amazing neighbourhood. Everything needed is within walking distance. Strong wi-fi and a smart TV makes staying connected super convenient too. The apartment is definitely perfect for both long and short term stays.

I didn’t see a toaster, but was provided a BRAND NEW one upon check-in. Also provided a cool area rug for the living area.

Everything was new, clean and modern style. The necessary facilities were there. The owner was very helpful and polite😊

The air conditioner made the air feel heavy and unpleasant, so the room needed frequent ventilation. The carpet was sent for cleaning, and we stayed without it for 5days. Id suggest to add some cleaning cloths and a closet.

Property is close to city centre. Supermarket is a 20 second walk. Restaurants nearby at 5 minutes walk. Home is cozy and includes all basic facilities. Host is attentive and always available.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, providing easy access to nearby attractions while offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The apartment itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the cozy furnishings to the well-stocked kitchen. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. He was always reachable, helping us with everything we needed and he suggested great places to visit and eat traditional Macedonian food.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Skopje. The location is perfect, with a bus stop and supermarket conveniently nearby. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped with a washing machine and air conditioning, providing a comfortable and hassle-free experience. The host was incredibly friendly and gave us fantastic recommendations for places to visit and eat, which made our trip even more enjoyable. On top of all that, the price for 5 nights was excellent, offering great value for money. We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Skopje!

One of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life. The owner mentioned his wife was in the hospital so when we got in and noticed that the electricity kept turning off, the table was wobbly/broken (to the point where I didn't feel comfortable putting my laptop on it), and that the pullout bed for the couch in the living room was broken, I didn't bother to complain. I'm pretty chill so I figured I'd deal with it. And boy oh BOY was that ever a big mistake. He never ONCE messaged us saying there was a noise complaint or to keep down the noise. We were barely there. If we were being so problematic, then why not simply message us? Well, that wouldn't help his agenda. Rather, he showed up while me and my friend were sitting outside having a cigarette, and kicked us out after only 2 nights of staying there. Yes, we were kind of buzzed from a few drinks (it was a Friday night) but we were totally within our wits. My friend, who was much drunker than me actually hit him in the face, which I didn't condone. But I actually still thought he was a good person at the time and I assumed that he wasn't trying to scam us. But of course, he was trying to steal our money and Booking.com allowed him to. As a result, my friend called the police on him! The police didn't do anything though, of course. But he lied to Booking that HE called the police on US --- the manipulative little worm. Not to mention, we ONE HUNDRED PERCENT didn't make ANY damages (everything he claimed was damaged was already trash. We paid for 10 days and only got to stay for 2 days. And we got ZERO refund back because he lied to Booking that we trashed the place and he would have to be doing repairs all week? Oh yeah? Is that so? Then why were you RENTING the place RIGHT after? We left in such a hurry that I forgot some valuable clothes in the laundry machine and toiletries and then he further lied to Booking and said I didn't leave anything there.

- The lying landlord - The fact that he made us pay for 10 nights while kicking us out after two nights without even a warning -The place is super small -The place is inconveniently far from the centre and there are no buses to get to and from the centre -The fact that the landlord lied about damages and repairs even though he rented out the place right after to someone else (I saw)... I thought you had to do repairs all week? Nah, you just got 10 days worth of Booking.com payments, lied about damages to kick us out, and then double profited from someone else. Bully the "rich Canadian" why don't you? -The fact that he threatened to SUE me and that he had lawyers ready if I make a negative review, because scammers hate being exposed. That's why this review is over 2 months later. I am long gone from Macedonia and chilling. But the truth MUST be exposed at all costs. He messed with the wrong one. Little worm. I have screenshots and everything. P.S., He will DEFINITELY respond with some more BS so take EVERYTHING he says with a giant crystal of salt. The man is a liar and a fraud. There are WAY nicer places that are WAY closer to the centre, much cheaper, and have HONEST hosts. Hope the money was worth it, because such short-sighted thinking/scams will lose you MORE money in the end. I hope this review saves someone's money. That said, if you DO decide to use his place, TAKE VIDEOS OF EVERYTHING, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING, AND WRITE THE LANDLORD ABOUT IT RIGHT AWAY (don't listen to his sob stories about so and so in the hospital) because that's your hard earned money on the line.
