"Beautiful place if only it can get cleaned up before visitors arrive, and clean the outside seating"

Lovely size, fenced of for the dog Staff came and attended to problems

Bathrooms very dirty, the helper had to clean before we used it, lot's of insects said spider's web, Had to regularly ask for towels .kitchen cupboards were very dirty, I had to clean before putting any food in.

"Unreliable and messed up our stay in Mooi River. We still await our refund."

We had a horrible experience with the property. Upon arrival, their phones were unanswered and they only returned our calls late evening and we had already booked alternative accommodation. They promised to reimburse us and never did to this day.

The host is unreliable and has not reimbursed us as promised.
