NZThe location was fantastic and the living/dining/kitchen open plan area and outdoor deck made the most of the beautiful lake view. Also being able to contact Angela so easily was helpful.

Very concerned about the hot water as near boiling point coming out of the taps and shower. Someone could be badly scalded especially a child. This needs to be looked at or there could be a bad incident. Also very bad ant infestation. I know it’s a bit of a problem in Taupo, but a note on the bench to warn people would help help them be aware of the problem, we lost a beautiful birthday cake before it could be used as the ants got through the container!

Ants. Dirty lounge windows, little peoples handprints, windows smears, and bird poo just about ruined the view. The kitchen sink hot tap is dangerously scolding hot. Nowhere to put anything in the second room. For Eg, somewhere to put your bag on instead of the bed. Don't like complaining, but this is what we thought

NZPerfect location for my visit! The property is conveniently situated along Lake Terrace Road, offering the same breathtaking views of the lake as the luxurious lakeside hotels, but at a much more affordable price. It's an ideal spot for enjoying the scenery and making the most of your time in the area. Highly recommended
