A fost ceea mai neplăcută cazare si colaborare pe care o am de când folosesc platforma Booking. Proprietarii nu au răspuns la mesaje, telefon decât in ultimul ceas, au stres pozele apartamentului, nu au răspuns nici la serviciu clienți Booking, deci NUUU recomand. A fost super murdar, gândaci imenși, praf, par pe jos, ustensile vechi rupte, ruginite , fără o perdea la geam, un miros incredibil in baie !!! NU as recomanda asa ceva nici la cel mai mare dușman!

Удобное для нас местоположение. В соседнем доме магазин, в котором можно купить и продукты, и готовую еду, и хозтовары. Нормальная цена. Селф чекин.

Есть ощущение, что хозяин не сильно задумывался о том, насколько комфортно будет жильцам. Чайник и кофемашина только в общем коридоре. Если кто-то забрал на время чайник, то остаешься без него. На кухне есть ровно следующее: средство для мытья посуды, два стакана и мини-холодильник. Нет ни плиты, ни микроволновки, ни посуды. Элементарно, даже не в чем заварить быструю кашу и нечем ее есть. Подогреть готовую еду из магазина тоже негде. Хозяин отправил данные для заезда не за обещанные полчаса, а за 5 минут до 15:00. Я успела понервничать, так как друзьям он отменил жилье за 2 часа до заезда, на звонки не отвечал и было не понятно, сможем ли хотя бы мы заселиться. Наш номер находился прямо у общего выхода. Примерно в полночь заселялись или выселялись какие-то жильцы, которые совершенно не ограничивали себя в громкости разговоров и хлопания дверьми... И напоследок за 5 минут до нашего отъезда посреди комнаты появился большой таракан. На фото, если приглядеться, он очень расплывчивый - забегает под кровать...

The only plus I can give is the presence of a TV and air conditioner

Everything was terrible from the very beginning. As soon as I entered the room, a huge cockroach ran past me. The smell of cigarettes and dampness was constant, and even the air conditioning didn't help, since your room will be located below ground level next to the mops and laundry room. The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, and the mobile internet didn't have a signal for the same reason. The bed linens were terrible, as were the bed and mattress. The towels were dirty and covered in cosmetics. There were no foot towels or kitchen towels. The bathroom was rusty, and the automatic exhaust fan smelled like sewage, as if it had never been cleaned. I wouldn't recommend putting things on the radiators because the rust soaks into the items and is irreversible. I spent the next two days washing the smell of cigarettes and dampness off myself and my things. When I wrote about these problems to the staff in the chat, I was simply ignored.

Am fost în acest apartament și am avut o experiență foarte plăcută. Bun raport calitate-preț, exact cum ne așteptam. Apartamentul a fost foarte curat, bine întreținut și confortabil. Gazdele au fost amabile și comunicarea a decurs foarte bine. Recomand cu încredere pentru un sejur liniștit și plăcut!
