POINT 1: THE REVIEW DOES NOT MENTION THAT THEY DO NOT ALLOW A FOREIGNER TO STAY WITH A MOROCCAN WOMAN. I CHECKED THAT IT WAS NOT MENTIONED IN THE DESCRIPTION AS PER THE LOCAL LAW THEY SAY. UPON ARRIVING, THE PERSON AT THE PROPERTY SAYS THEY CANNOT ALLOW MY MOROCCAN FRIEND WHO CAME ALL THE WAY FROM CHEFCHAOUEN TO SPEND TIME TOGETHER. I TOLD THE MAN AT THE PROPERTY TO SHOW ME WHERE IT IS MENTIONED IN THE COMMENTS AND HE SAYS THAT HE DOESN'T NEED TO AND THE WOMAN KNOWS IT. THE PLACE WHERE I STAYED BEFORE HAVE CLEAR GUIDELINES MENTIONED WHETHER THEY ALLOW OR NO. I AM ATTACHING IN THE SCREENSHOT. I HAD TO SEND MY FRIEND RIGHT AWAY. I OBLIGED HIS LAW KEEPING OF HIS COUNTRY BECAUSE THIS MAN WAS SO DETERMINED TO KEEP THE LAW OF HIS LAND. HE SHOULD HAVE MENTIONED IN THE COMMENTS. POINT 2: THE SHOWER HANDLE HOOK IS BROKEN. POINT 3: AT NIGHT UPON RETURN, THERE WAS NO HOT WATER FROM THE SHOWER. I TRIED IT IN THE MORNING. COLD WATER. POINT 4:THE LADY WHO CAME TO HAND OVER THE KEYS ALONG WITH THE MOM DOES NOT EVEN SHOW ME WHERE IS WHAT. GIVES THE KEYS AND GOES AWAY. I ASKED WHETHER THERE WAS A ROOM HEATER. SHE SAID YES. THERE WAS NO ROOM HEATER. SHE COULD HAVE SAID NO, I WOULD HAVE BEEN ALRIGHT. AT NIGHT, WHEN I WAS LOOKING FOR A LIGHTER TO TURN ON THE STOVE, NO LIGHTER FOUND. I TEXTED, NO RESPONSE. POINT 5: HE SUGGESTED ME SOME PLACES AROUND. HE RECOMMENDED THAT I TAKE THE INDRIVE TAXI. LATER ON WHILE ON MY WAY TO THE BEACH WITH INDRIVE TAXI, THE TAXI GUY SAYS THAT THE LOCAL TRAFFIC RULES DO NOT PERMIT INDRIVE. I TEXTED THE PROPERTY PERSON AGAIN AND HE KIND OF CASUALLY ASKS WHETHER I AM A MOROCCAN BECAUSE I KNOW THESE TRAFFIC LAWS/GUIDELINES. OH MY GOODNESS; HE WANTED TO FOLLOW THE MOROCCAN LAW FOR HIS OWN SAFETY BY NOT ALLOWING THE MOROCCAN LADY AND HE WAS ALRIGHT THAT I BREAK THE MOROCCAN LAW AND GET INTO A POTENTIAL NOT-SO-REQUIRED EXPERIENCE IN THE RESTRICTED INDRIVE TAXI??? HE KEEPS THE LAW TO PROTECT HIMSELF AND PROVIDES MISINFORMATION TO HIS GUESTS???

We wanted to be near airport, so this was the best option for us. Appartement was so big, clean and comfortable. :) The owner was so helpful!

Quietly and there is a landry

The address is wrong on google map（opposite side) And the owner doesn't live there, his parents live in same apartment,so he sent them grand floor when we arrived. but his parents don't understand English. So it's not much easy to contact for english speakers.. We were supposed to checkout 10am, but the owner was not up. then we tried to returned the key to his parents,but they didn't seem llke be their room. so all we can do was giving the key their neighbor. we don't want to bother residents.... And the bathrooms were stinky,the single beds were not soft. We slept together on the double bed.

Very clean and spacious

aybe an iron and hair dryer could improve the facilities! Adding some shampoo and soap would also greatly enhance the apartment.

The host was very helpful and accommodating, the apartment is close to the airport and very spacious

The apartment could be cleaner and bathroom was unfortunately very smelly

The cooperation with the owner is really great, very friendly. He was everytime on phone, communicates very flexibly, he helps with all the informations - very comprehensive informations. We really appreciated it. His family very kind. The apartment is spacious, nice. Two toalet is good. The living room is very nice. Good accessibility to the airport and bus station, taxi.

We were satisfied. We used it repeatedly. It is more of a recommendation for travelers - in the colder months, take clothes for a colder evening in the apartment. We would have liked a little more cookware for full cooking :-)
