Great location, facility and cleaness
From the pictures, I thought there was a washing machine- there wasnt. There was a sofabed instead of a bed and my back is suffering. Apartment is new and modern- very nice though travellers come and go all day and night and the walls are thin.Not enough body wash for 4 days and no info about how to get more. Location is close to grocery shop, transport and Mcdonalds. Area is a bit derelict but I felt safe. Communication was extremely poor.They requested to be told the time I would be arriving if I wanted early check in. I sent a message through the Expedia App 7 days prior- no response, I sent a follow up message the day before check in to ask again- no response. I called them the morning of check in but they dont start til 10am and I was on a flight then. When I landed at 12pm , I sent another request. I got a response an hour after the normal check in time and it was only instructions to get in, not even a response to my request. The instructions sent were half in polish and half in english. Detailed instructions were available with Dropbox but you had to pay to get it so I didnt bother. When I couldnt work out how to get in the property, i called them. First I was told to ring the property owner then they changed their mind and tried to help. The instructions to get in involved the word 'key'. I was trying to explain that there were no letters on the keypad to type this. I had to jump the fence to get in! Clearly no-one understands as gate and building are left open by
Posto perfetto, servizio impeccabile, tutto è andato come mi aspettavo, la struttura è nuova, dotata di qualsiasi cosa possa servire. Lo userò sicuramente di nuovo se avrò bisogno di pernottare a Varsavia, se ci sarà la disponibilità
