Marketplace Suites offers very clean modern comfortable and spacious rooms above a 3 floor shopping center that has an excellent grocery store, CVS like store, coffee shops and a hardware store. It takes about 8 min to walk to Cruz bay from the plaza.

Room was very nice and clean with all the amenities'. Was there during Hurricane Ernesto and had to extend my stay. They were very helpful and accommodating and provided support.

So if you just going use the kingBed this place is great. If you need to use the living room pull out queen it is not good. There is no sound insulation between the outside and the room. shopping cart noisy and people noisy echo in the atrium. There are birds in the rafters that seem to make noise all night. Internet goes out about every 10 minutes for 2-5 minutes. It is convenient to the grocery store and walkable to downtown

The rooms were good, the space most welcome. Furniture was ordinary, at best. Not one chair with arms. Kitchen and bathroom fine. Cable television not up to expectation for a $400 a night lodging.

This condo is modern and absolutely beautiful!!! It is very big! The living room could easily sleep three kids, if beds were available. Having the grocery store downstairs is such a convenience. The location is great!! This was our first time in St. John andit was perfect. There isn’t a view, but this condo is great!!!! I would highly recommend staying here!!
