"Everything great except communication"

The location was close to the city center , the apartment was clean and we had all the facilities

The owner did not really communicate with us, I had to ask for more details (for example, how to enter the apartment), the location on the booking was not the exact one, they should update the information, the lack of communication regarding check-in and checkout. On booking, the checkout appears at 1 pm, and I told the owner that we would leave at approximately 11 am and that I would leave a message when I left the apartment. At 11.20 we arrived at the accommodation, and in front of the door we met the gentleman who checked us in and told us that we had to leave the apartment so that he could clean because other customers were coming at 12. Without these incidents my score would be 9.5 strictly for how the apartment looks
