Nothing. Poor service

I liked the cleanliness and the comfort of the bed. The location is very convenient. The place is literally 5min away from everywhere i.e shops, mall, food outlets etc.

I didn't see one smile from the staff the entire weekend. I was asked to park somewhere else because a staff member had taken my parking space. As guests we shared the iron,which stayed at reception. They don't provide a remote for the gate, I had to wait outside the gate until someone realizes I'm waiting outside. I found the previous guest's food still in the microwave. The room was smaller than advertised, especially the bathroom. The key jams when trying to open the room.

Nothing, I think people who wrote good comments about the place maybe are the staff because everything was just disappointing

The staff are not friendly at all, I asked one of them to open the gate for me and she was like, she doesn't work at the gate imagine, instead of her telling the person who opens the gate I had to run around the building looking for a receptionist to open for me, and I was already late for my class

I did not appreciate the fact that I had paid for a different room, which was then given to a different customer. Rather than give me a room which relates to the same conditions I had book I was just placed in just an available room
