Chapman Guesthouse

Location was near where I had an appointment the following day, so it was convenient. No breakfast was served.

I waited 15 minutes at the gate, the receptionist was in the kitchen, and she could not hear the intercom. There was another assistant at the washing line, she saw me but couldn't be bothered. (maybe put another bell in the kitchen?) The receptionist did not ask for my ID and could not accurately identify me. I told her my name and then told me there was only one person booked by Booking.com and then told me my name! More training on customer care would assist!

I like everytime especially their bathrooms🥺.

The area is very Central and convenient

It was clean and in a quiet place

Everything was good except for shower keep on changing water from hot to cold without being adjusted and main switch went off twice when we trying to iron our clothes
