The Kiahuna Plantation property is beautiful and well maintained. This unit is neither.

The unit has not been well maintained: no screens on windows.; patched but not painted holes in the walls (cheap art screwed to the wall); kitchen drawers that don't close; stove must be 20 years old; bath fixtures corroded and dirty; carpet is dirty; furniture old and lumpy; window levers corroded; kitchen utensils are cheap. Kind of like being in a dorm room.
