"Necesită Îmbunătățire"

Mi-a plăcut ca era aproape de Coresi ,de Penny Market și de stația de autobuz.

Părerea mea sinceră ca apartamentul este supraevaluat.E un apartament frumos dar la care se văd evident semnele clare de supraînchiriere : pereți murdari,tablou căzut în living,protectile de soare de pe geam -lipsa sau dezlipite.Cat despre curățenie : jalnic. Cine se ocupă se vede ca nu își face treaba : Marginea vanii era groaznic de murdară ,pilota era gri și ruptă pe alocuri,așternuturile aveau puncte de rugină ,pe pătura de pe pat era un muc uscat ,pete gri pe cearșaf ,am găsit resturi de mâncare pe masă,unele tacâmuri nespălate și puse la loc așa ,rafturile din dressing nu erau șterse de praf etc.

"Goed, maar je kan geen warme douche nemen of bad!"

Mooi appartement.

GEEN WARM WATER, we hebben 3 dagen een douche moeten nemen met zeer lauw water, viel tegen in de winter!!!! Daarom kom ik hier niet meer terug!!! Volgende keer een ander appartement.

Bucătăria este echipată cu tot ce ai putea avea nevoie! Era cald în apartament! Dispune de aspirator la nevoie, fier de călcat, etc. Zonă bună!

Curățenia lasă de dorit, am găsit păr în sertarul de la baie unde se află uscătorul de păr ( foarte neplăcut), apa caldă de la duș nu venea aproape deloc, perne de proasta calitate, canapeaua din living nu era confortabilă pentru dormit! Lipsa unui covoraș sau prosop de picioare la baie!

lipsa aparatului de cafea, iar pentru tv ul disponibil se poate face un mic upgrade, in rest totul okay🤗
