Large and well apportioned. Enjoyable place! All the amenities necessary for a business traveller.

There was no air conditioning, and the apartment was on the hot side of the building. So it was quite stuffy and I needed to keep the curtains closed during the day

Safe and close to shops. The security is top level and the view is beautiful

Property well located to access all attractions Cape Town has, safe and comfortable building. The accommodation really needs some TLC, (shower head, vanity cupboard above basin, mildew on shower floor etc. and some of the furniture showing their age)

Quiet, clean, friendly people and very secure.

Was a bit hot. An additional fan would have been useful

This is a smart looking studio with the bed area separated from the living area by a half dividing wall, so there is no separate bedroom, as such. All basic equipment as required in the kitchen area with good TV, sofa and a small table. Bedroom area was good with ample wardrobes. The location is very central to Rondebosch and suited us as only 100m or so from family. Secure site with good security and grill gate to apartment. Allocated parking space in secure area. Comfy bed and shower was OK.

No view as this is in a built up residential area and quite close to the railway line, also quite noisy traffic. Shower head could have been better

Spacious apartment. Convenient to local shops, supermarkets. Secure and manned entry.

Lack of central heating is an issue with most SA properties in winter. There was a plug-in heater in this apartment thankfully!
