Хорошее местоположение, парковка платная под домом сразу, достопримечательности в пешей доступности, квартира двухуровневая , много места, два санузла, что очень удобно с тремя детьми. Есть посудомоечная машинка. Инструкции по заселению ясны. Фото соответствуют

Требует хорошего клининга, покоївка не справляется . сантехника вся в налете, ручки кухонных шкафов жирные. Ремонт тоже хочет обновления давно) очень скрипучий паркет на втором этаже и лестница, я читала в отзывах об этом, но не думала, что так громко))) и еще, не касается самой квартиры, но, идя в парадной можно поймать кучу блох с подвала , дети и муж все искусаные, при этом меня не трогали
