Apartamento Acácia

Location was good in that it was close to Vale Do Lobo and the tennis club. Bathroom was relatively good but not luxurious in any way. Not enough towels provided. Main bedroom was a good size and had air conditioning.

Need to have air conditioning in the rest of the apartment. The second bedroom had no natural light and was very small and had no air conditoning, this detail was excluded from the description when booking. The front door was not fitted properly seriously large gap at the bottom. We could hear everything from the street and what appeared to be an ant colony were everywhere and gained access through the door. The stairs from the bathroom to the kitchen needs to be addressed in that it blends into the floor and has no contrast making it a bit dangerous. It really is not suitable for more than 3 people. Our case 2 adults and 2 children - there was very little confort. The kitchen only had the basics. 4 glasses and plates as well as cutlery would it not be easier to have spare plates etc for people. We also only got 4 bath towels which is not enough. We did not have confidence that the sheets and pillow cases were in fact regularly changed. Again no spare pillows for people.

No welcome pack. Nothing. Towels in poor condition bedding. Pillows old.
