Amplasarea locației, Personalul, Curățenia în locație / Camera. Are o terasă imensă foarte bine amenajată cu meniu diversificat și prețuri foarte accesibile. Are acces direct din pietonală.

Parcarea privată destul de mică, doar câteva mașini pot intra. Ar fi trebuit să fie destinată doar celor cazați, nu la toți care vin la restaurant / terasa.
