OCEANVIEW HOMESTAY

It was good value for money, and the location was fantastic. To top it all off, the staff (Renz and Leslie) did everything to make our stay comfortable. It was like sleeping over at an aunt's place where they made sure you are as comfortable and as welcome as possible.

The area is quiet, and you can see the coastline and the sea from the second floor.

Nothing. Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center but easily accessible with or without a car.

The property is very near Lucap Park and restaurants. It’s relatively new and very convenient. The property is facing the Lingayen Gulf so the view even on the ground floor was amazing. They have a large balcony at the 2nd floor that’s a venue for relaxation. Most of all, we appreciate the assistance of the staff especially Kuya Mar in arranging for our trip to the Hundred Islands and Bolinao.

I only have 3 points for improvement: 1) The floor drain in Room 8 was always clogged. 2) I hope the owner can improve the underground seawater, maintain it always to make it free from garbage from the sea. 3) The vacant parking lot in front of the property is full of garbage. I hope the owner of the lot or whoever can help will maintained this property to attract more visitors.
