Cleanliness and politeness and friendliness of the front desk staff and the security personnel. Actually everyone working at the Park McKinley West tower were amazing.

Clean, organized, and well-maintained, and in a very good location.

No water heater/hot water in the shower. It will be much appreciated if there is, especially for seniors.

It was well-maintained and accessible to various destinations.

I suggest adding more basic utilities for guests in the bathroom, such as toilet paper. Also, providing free water bottles upon guest arrival would be greatly appreciated to quench their thirst.
