Są zalety 😁, lokalizacja, piękny dwór, duże pokoje, ładny ale specyficz wystrój, urokliwe meble ...... ogromny potencjał. Świadomie wybrałem obiekt co traktuję jako ciekawą przygodę 🤣

Oj ....bardzo dużo wad: czystość, specyficzny zapach pleśni, letnia woda, porażający stan techniczny oświetlenia i sprzętów, brak restauracji itp ..... ewidentnie brak pieniędzy do inwestowania

Zawsze zwracam uwagę na wodę podczas kąpieli - ciśnienie dobre i woda gorąca (co nie zawsze jest normą, a tutaj jest super). Poza tym czyściutko, ciepło, a personel przemiły.

Przestronny apartament, stylowo urządzony. piekny obiekt.

Było zimno, Chłodna woda w kranie woda, byliśmy po sezonie, sami w dworku, więc to pewnie ta przyczyna.
