Best place ever, very clean and neat will definitely book agai

Outside building, needs attention

Location and the bed

Shower head and the pool is green

Location was good

Clean swimming pool and allow geust to cook atleast breakfast

i mostly like the lady, she kind and very welcoming

I like the help that is working there very helpful

When we got to the guesthouse the pool was very dirty which was a turnoff because my kids could not enjoy. We did not feel welcome because of the boss . Her name is Kerry. She wanted to suck us dry for money. Whatever she discussed with me via Watsapp before we got to East London was not what we received on site. We could not cook or prepare breakfast even though it was discussed prior that it was self catering. When we got to the property it was like we were never expected to quests there even though we travelled from joburg to East London. We were not able to drink or enjoy ourselves. Also we were offered another cottage instead of the rooms we booked prior. She wanted to milk us for money thinking we are coming from far. We are stupid. Or might be stranded. Whatever she spoke to the help on a phone call forgetting the phone is on loudspeaker is different from What she was telling us. So we are unhappy. And i will urge people to never set foot there even though u are stranded. We had to only stay 1 night and check out the following morning to look for other accommodation. After were had a booking with jodwell guesthouse for 4 days. Mind u the uncertainty not knowing anybody in the place or the province with kids. We luckily found another accommodation that has accomdated us until we had to leave again for joburg. They really made us feel at home. But jodwell guesthouse never again 🤞 Be warned people.

When we came the there was broken mirror in my bed though they put it proposed now when we checked out the lady who stay the said we broke the mirror and I was possessed I asked her too looked the small broken peases she said it's fine.secondly booking place with no privacy cos the is a lady who staying there it's a big no shame the pool is not looking clean
