Paid for VIP room, 1st night didn't get it. The VIP air conditioner was leaking water everyday. Bed clothes were never changed, no need side table, no power socket near bed

Grei beliggenhet.

Front desk was terrible. They never smile or say anything. They Always try to hide when we go in and out. Have to remind Them every day that er want our room to be cleaned. The front desk said yes. But They forget every day. I have travel in Thailand since year 2000. Stay over 40 times in Thailand. Have stayed at around 50-100 different hotels. This is the worst…

Staff was helpful and gave us money back.

The hotel is very messy and dirty, the facility is old and worn down. The room we got smelled mold, there was an old water leak in the roof and about 5 cm of dust on the top of the closet. The owner of this hotel should be ashamed.
