The location is great, breakfast is good. Very clean and the room is completely dark when all the blinds are down so it’s great to sleep when the sun is out. I usually wake up at 6am but I woke up at 9:30 thinking it was early 😁

The rooms are pleasant (if you can get into them.)

The battery on the door lock had died when we returned to our room after dinner. They tried to fix it but there was nobody available with a master key so they gave us another room. Unfortunately, essential items such as my girlfriend’s medication, tampons, and our dog's food were left in the original room, inaccessible overnight. The following morning, a young staff member falsely assured us that we could access our room before he finished his shift and went home. We waited another hour before gaining entry. Apologies were only offered after we raised complaints. The manager, Jesus, claimed this was an isolated incident, which contradicted several other reviews we later discovered. When we requested a refund, the manager initially proposed a partial refund and even threatened to call the police when we insisted on a full refund. We eventually received a cash refund, likely to prevent his superior from finding out. Suggestions for the Hotel: -Regularly change door batteries, ideally once a year. -Ensure a night manager is available to handle serious issues. Advice to Potential Guests: -Consider staying elsewhere.

Very clean and secure parking. Overall, a very pleasant experience for a quick stay. I loved the hospitality from concierge and staff. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything is ok.

Breakfast. It was well presented very well and delicious. Kerime and Miriam, the two young lady chefs, were wonderful. The front desk and general staff were very friendly and helpful. They made every attempt to make our stay a wonderful one.

No glasses in the room to drink from. No ice dispensers and no ice buckets in the room.
