Afternoon receptionist were not a polite guy

Almost clean but not enough

Cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly.

Floors and bathtub were extremely slippery.

Good location,good price, room size, safe parking place, hot water😁 Definitely recommend this place.

Swimming pool

No restaurant no outside sitting area no garden drapes in room need cleaning ceiling fan in bedroom was dirty only two towels provided for two guests. Need four towels with a swimming pool.

Regarding location of the room and bed it was ok.

Bathroom air extractor not working for 309. window for air ventilation is small. Furniture and moldings if varnished can give a different view/aspect to the room.

It’s a very old hotel and definitely needs to be updated and given a good cleaning. No water for drinking provided in rooms and cleanliness was below my standards. No coffee or even a coke machine. The map directions were awful and it’s well on the other side of Zoo not before on Itzaes as map indicates. Sorry but I would not stay there again. They need a restaurant or something offered food wise ie coffee in the lobby or something.
