The internet worked well throughout the stay, and the air conditioning functioned properly, which made the apartment comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom was amazing, and the pillows were very comfortable, making it easy to sleep well. Despite the issues with the booking.com, the owner manually resolved the double booking, allowing us to complete our full 5-day stay, which I appreciated. The unit feels homey, which helped make the stay more pleasant. The price was fair for a two-bedroom apartment given the circumstances. I would have been willing to pay more for better conditions.

From the very beginning, the experience was frustrating. When we arrived at the gate, the guard told us we were not allowed to enter because we did not yet have a room number. He then said we were not allowed to park anywhere and that we would have to pay 350 PHP per day for parking. After a long time arguing, the guard finally allowed us to enter briefly so we could unload our luggage. Once inside, the disappointment continued. We learned that there is no swimming pool, which was unexpected. We were also informed that the building had been severely damaged during the last earthquake, which raised safety concerns. The interior of the building feels very bleak and looks more like a prison than a residential property. Our apartment was located on the second floor next to the guard house, offering little privacy. Inside the unit, the walls were painted in old green and brown colors, making the apartment feel dark and outdated. The kitchen has no ventilation or exhaust, which is very impractical. The bathroom situation was unacceptable: the CR was flooded, the water could not drain properly, and it kept coming back up from the floor. There was also no shower curtain, making it difficult to use the bathroom without flooding it further. In addition, the unit was dusty, which made it feel unclean upon arrival. On top of that, Booking.com made a double booking, which was not clearly communicated in advance. Important information about the unit was not disclosed on the Booking.com listing, including the lack of amenities and the poor condition of the property. Based on our experience, the reviews on the platform appeared misleading, as they did not reflect the actual condition of the unit.

Under the kitchen sink, it was leaking water when you wash the dishes.

It looks clean,tidy ,convenient with the kitchen appliances(plates,bowls,knife,fork,chopsticks,cooking induction),TV is great with so many excellent television shows,fridge is big,closets,tables,desks,etc ,super convenient for a family; It has the swimming pool around; Its atmosphere is so peaceful at night ; Its security is very good;

Kitchen tank is leaks: Shower room’s tank for tooth and face cleaning is leaks; Inconvenient to get food and water from downstairs,it should be a 7/11 but it opens 700m-1km away by walking. Water from is not sanitary ,so needs to buy outside.

The place is nice and practical for big groups

It needs more cleaning especially the comfort room, stains in the tiles are visible it should be cleaned thoroughly and also the mirrors
