La vicinanza al mercatino di natale essendo posizionato proprio in centro

Il divano letto non adatto a dormirci, certamente non in due.....troppo piccolo, impolverato ed impregnato di fumo di sigarette, così come il terrazzino con la presenza di due poltrone che puzzavano di sigarette in un modo terribile....cose risolvibili ....consiglio di buttare via i tappeti e le poltrone....di mettere due o tre letti al posto del divano..... perché spazio ce ne sta in abbondanza
