Kogalniceanu House

Excelent location, 10 walking distance to Old Town (Ovidiu Square), 5 min to Modern Beach and 10 min to Tomis Port. Appartment is large size (3 rooms and a kitchen) and very comfortable. They have 3 nice large size TV's (55") and internet is working well (speed 180-200 mb), except in bedroom where is less. In the area there are 2 supermarkets and plenty of all kinds of restaurants.

There is no microwave, no washing machine and no dishwasher, wich might be required for longer stay (we stayed only 3 days so for us was not an issue).

Great area to stay in, very close to beach and old town. Decently outfitted apartment. Aircon in lounge only (none in rooms).

Have stayed here before and place was cleaner then (about 1 year ago). There's an auto air freshener in the bathroom which covers up the smell coming from the drain, so something needs unblocking.

The property is very nice, clean and has almost all amenities. The location is near Modern beach, shops, Constanta City Centre, and Tomis harbour. The owners were always helpful, whenever needed. I would recommend this property and gladly come back next year.

If you want to stay for more days, I would recommend a washing machine being added to the facilities. Also, in the kitchen, for those who plan to stay more days and cook, kitchen supplies should be revised. For instance: soup bowls ( there were only 4). In the bathroom, the drainage sometimes was smelling, but we left the air ventilator opened and it was fine. The main door was closing relatively hard.
