L'endroit est très calme et les gens sont sympathiques ; il y a un kiosque tout près. Le propriétaire était très sympathique, nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

The apartment is really spacious and having two toilets is a plus. The host is very kind and accommodating.

The noise of the construction in the surrounding area is really disturbing. The pool always busy. I am not sure if they are actually all residents in the building to use the facility. There are no café nearby only a little shop and a pharmacy. If you need to do a grocery shop, you need to get a taxi to go to a supermarket.

Très bel appartement, spacieux, propre,hôte très accueillant et souriant. Logement pas trop loin du centre, résidence sécurisée. Merci beaucoup à l' hôte pour sa gentillesse et sa bienveillance ,je recommande complètement ce logement,vous ne regretterez pas .

Everything, the owner is an amazing person

Everything was perfect

We are a family of two adults and three children who traveled to MarakeshMorocco for a trip. Mazhar is an amazing person—one of the best hosts we have ever had. We were late, but he waited patiently until late in the evening to give us the keys and show us the property. The property is exactly as seen in the photos—very, very spacious, in a quiet, newly developed area outside the old city of Marrakech. It is about 10 minutes away from Jamaa el-Fna and 5 minutes from the train station. We chose this place because we are a family with small children, and we read in the reviews that the city center has loud noises from nearby pubs. So, we chose this location instead. Bear in mind, it is an upper-middle-class house in Marrakech—don't expect anything fancy. But it is a nice, clean house with all the necessary facilities. It is not a 4- or 5-star hotel, but it is as good as it can be for an apartment, with amenities such as warm water, etc. It had a proper kitchen with enough utensils. Mazhar generously provided many breakfast items (bread, two cartons of milk, jam, etc.) for free, even though breakfast was not included in the booking. He was very kind and even offered a free service to show us around Marrakech in his car. He took us to all the important places—Jamaa el-Fna, the medina, Bahia Palace, etc. He even treated us to tea from his own pocket. He took us to a restaurant, had lunch with us, refused our invitation to cover his meal, and paid for his own food himself. Not only did he refuse to take any money for the car ride, but he also paid for the car parking ticket himself. When we were leaving, he also came and dropped us and our luggage at the train station. There were minor issues in the apartment, but considering all these factors and Mazhar's incredible hospitality, this property is an excellent value for money. I strongly recommend staying here. P.S. By the way, I forgot to mention—he also bought a 3D puzzle toy for the children.

Host was too generous and kind that we overlooked any minor issues. For e.g. a bathmath would have been helpful.
