Apartment Downtown

Location is very nice . You have a whole apartment where you can make food . Bed is good .

Location was excellent, walking distance to most major attractions, restaurants and bars. Host was easy to communicate with. Apartment was comfortable.

Flat was superbly located in the center of town and easy to access, on the ground floor, but private and quiet. Host Aleksandar was great, always available to help or answer questions, and helped with a ride to the bus station when I needed it, saving me the cost of a taxi. Equipment and supplies in the flat were more than sufficient--and plenty of outlets too. Bed and sofa were both very comfortable. The flat was right across the street from one of the many forested parks in Podgorica, a surprisingly leafy and attractive city! so easy to head outdoors for a walk. Five stars recommendation!!

Awesome location, close to all evening life, bars and restaurants. Host is also amazing and very helpful and nice.

The flat is very central and all the restaurants and bars are walkable. Our host was friendly and everything worked as it should. The room was comfortable, clean and well-equipped.

Unfortunately, the washing machine was being repaired during our visit. The parking spot outside is not guaranteed/reserved, which caused us an issue as there was a major concert in the city centre and we had to park further away. That said, when the issue arose, the owner did all he could to help us find a spot. Aside from the concert, we didn’t have a problem parking outside the flat.

Everything. Aleksandr was great, helped us and everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean, close to the main attractions in the center. Thank you very much!

Clean, central, good communication

The location of the apartment was great. Slap bang in the city centre, everything was a short walk away.

Communication from the host Alex was very poor. He contacted us on the morning of our stay, to ask us what time we would be arriving. He then texted us the access code to the key safe, and details of how to get to the apartment at the very last minute, literally when we were due to check-in. He asked us to let him know when we were around 30 minutes away, which I did. Unfortunately, when we finally arrived at the apartment, after a VERY long drive from Kotor, the access code to the key safe did not work! I immediately called the host Alex, but he did not answer. So I sent him a text on WhatsApp stating the code did not work, all my texts were delivered and read but he did not respond. I kept trying to call him as I desperately needed to use the toilet, but still no response. After almost 40 minutes I finally received a response. His excuse was that he was walking to the dog and left his phone at home. Yet all my texts were delivered and read, not sure how that was possible if he didn't have his phone with him??? He apologised and said he accidentally gave us the wrong code, and supplied us with another, which thankfully worked. Following this we did not really have clear instructions about the parking, he said it was fine to park in front of the apartment which we did. The next day there was a parking ticket on the windscreen of the car. Again I contacted him, and he told us not to worry. He asked us to leave it on the table inside the apartment when we left, and he would pay. Apparently this is the normal procedure. It would have helped if he told us all this information prior to our stay. Lastly the apartment was in good order and relatively clean. However there are matt's all over the floor which do not look very clean. Also the shower head is not fixed to the wall, so you have to hold it and shower. I think this was the idea of someone trying to be clever, thinking they would save on energy and water bills.
