No one to meet us when we arrived. Spoke to a lady only one room booked but paid for two they said we need to cancel other booking to date no feedback on refund. No remote to get in and out the gate motors broke.

"Perfect Family Getaway"

Our chalet was beautiful, spacious, and had the best view. The location was perfect, and the cheetah tour was the highlight of our trip.

Wish the restaurant didn't close early on weekends.
