The room was very dirty. There was a lot of hair on the floor, the kitchen countertop was covered in sticky stains and food leftovers from previous tenants, the bathroom was also covered in yellow stains, and the bed was wrinkled. After contacting the owner, we were only offered to wash the floor, and had to clean up the rest of the dirt ourselves (we weren't even provided with cleaning products). There were only two towels for two people.
