Cute, great location close to Alfama, but surprisingly quiet even with the big neighbpurhood fiesta for St. Anthony going on nearby.

LA POSIZIONE

The place was a very cosy apartment with more facilities than expected. Owners were also VERY responsive to issues or things that did not work etc. Light was sufficient (once figured out). Microwave, cutlery, everything needed to make a full meal if one so desires.

The internert did not work, and information given to wifi was incorrect though this was quickly corrected after a message to the owner. The main door lock was tricky to work with and took a bit of time to realise the key only works one way even though it FITS both ways. Apartment is actually more 'basement' level so there are no windows and no daylight; the main door does have a window that can be opened albeit with a little difficulty. Something in the bathroom was leaking and I did spend a little bit of time mopping it up (lucky to have a mop around!) TV reception can be iffy. Some more power outlets around the dining table area would've been nice.

Расположение отличное, очень близко от центра, набережная почти через дорогу. Рядом много кафе и магазинчиков. Апартаменты чистые, бельё свежее и всё, что нужно есть..

За время нашего прибытия так и не смогли подключиться к Wi-fi и в комнате нашли большого, хорошо, что дохлого таракана.. но было это не очень приятно..

Die Lage war gut.

Die Schlafcouch war eine Zumutung. Der Putz bröckelte von der Wand, die Lampe im Kühlschrank war kaputt, in der Dusche war an vielen Stellen Schimmel, der Ventilator im Bad war kaputt, einige Steckdosen funktionierten nicht… Für das WLAN wurden zuerst falsche Informationen geben, der Vermieter reagierte weder auf Anrufe noch auf WhatsApp. erst auf Anfrage über booking.com bekamen wir dann die richtigen Zugangsdaten für das WLAN. Nachts konnte man kaum schlafen, weil in jeder Nacht in unmittelbarer Umgebung Mülltonnen mit Glas von den umliegenden Restaurants befüllt und dann zwischen 3 und 4 Uhr nachts geleert wurden. Es war zudem sehr hellhörig im Haus! Direkt vor der Haustür lag ständig Müll, jemand hat direkt gegenüber der Eingangstür a die Wandgeschissen, das wurde nicht wieder sauber gemacht. es war einfach eklig.

No sirve para alojar a nadie, es un sotano sin luz ni ventilacion, y la cama y el sofa cama no se puede dormir en ellos, se te clavan las tablas en la espalda, reservamos para cuatro personas y en principio estaba separada la habitacion del salon, pero no fue asi, realmente dormimos 4 personas en una cocina de 12 metros cuadrados en dos camas con los colchones rotos

Quiet location, set back from the main street in a courtyard. Parking garage nearby. Pet friendly. We stayed for one night. Check in was easy with the keys in a locker which was great as we were delayed with the traffic. The communication with the host was excellent. They left a complimentary bottle of wine.
