"Disappointing"

I was impressed with the room and how spacious it and also the kitchen, I loved the Garden it beutiful

I was very disappointed I had no hot water to bath for the entire weekend which was very disappointing and and the didn't do anything to come with a solution I had to improvise and buy a bathing dish and boil water on kettle .The remote of TV wasn't functioning properly

Nothing I'm looking for my refund. I stood by the gate no one opened for me and I paid in full. No one is helping me with my refund
