The garden, the rooms were spacious and neat, the friendliness and considerate staff. Their guests re also friendly too, i felt like being home.

Please provide Ceylon tea as well in stead of rooibos to accommodate all clients. I did not understand why there was no wifi. I think the rooms description on booking.com was misleading as i understood my room as having two double beds as shown on the platform. Finding that differently was not cool. That resulted in costing me dearly. I wanted to drop my luggage before check in time, i could not do it due to some booking misunderstanding. I ended up leaving with my luggage as i had a commitment in White River. My car was intercepted and cellphone and money were stolen, i just feel like they would have been saved if i was able to leave luggage 1st if there was no misunderstanding because they agreed for me to drop my bags and check in later.

Warm water. Clean bedding. Safe parking. Aircon. Warm reception. Mini fridge. Was quiet during night. Was a pleasent stay. Quick in and out.

Did not get the room I booked. No pressure in shower. One of beds one can feel the mattress springs when sleeping. No drinking water in room.

Receptiveness, comfort and warmth.

They don't provide an iron to guests instead they charge R15.00. per clothing item. I think they should change and provide free iron and ironing board as part of courtesy to guests.

The apartment was clean and staff friendly. Will definitely come back
