Clean and new, great location

Very noisy, if you struggle to sleep or are sensitive to noise I wouldn't recommend staying here. They have very loud music including hard style and nrg untill very late as well as hearing music from surrounding places. People/guests from the wine bar knocking at our door in the middle of the night which was very frightening waking us up. We had to request for our room to be cleaned at which we resulted in just asking for fresh towels and toilet paper as it was the last night of our stay which they wanted to clean after 5 nights. In the room it stated every 2 days it would be cleaned. They advised they didn't have a key to our room when we asked after 4 nights but there were items missing upon return. Coffee pods weren't refilled and cups items provided were not taken to be cleaned. Wifi does not work. Would suggest improvements be made for future guests.

The place was clean and very large with 2 small beds that were comfortable, as well as a regular sized couch and breakfast nook. Great air conditioning and good location. The noise level was acceptable.

- There is NO free/included parking even though this is listed in the booking. The apartment is located within a gated area that costs money to park near. Had to park the car 10minutes away and pay 10 euro to leave there for the night. The owner did at least drive me while my friend followed to the location to show us where it was and then drove us back to the aprtments the day we arrived (the following day when we left we did have to walk there though). - The pillow cover on 3 of the 4 pillows was very rough. I was only able to use the one with normal satin cover. - There is a button for the water heater that is next to the light for the bathroom, which was off when i entered the room. If i hadn't realized it was there (the owner did not inform me of it's existence), i would have had a very cold shower in the morning. - The shower drain did not work well. I took a 5 minute shower and had to turn the water off after 3 or so minutes since the water level was rising in the shower. It took another 15minutes at least for the water to drain after i finished the shower. - There was no shampoo or body soap. I had to use the hand soap to shower since i did not bring any with me. - I traveled with a friend and his gf who had reserved the other apartment available. However the day we were to arrive at the location, my friend received a communication through Booking from the owner saying that their reservation had been cancelled weeks before (even though the reservation appeared active on my friend's end). In addition, my friend had tried to communicate with the owner on at least 2 prior occasions through the Booking app to confirm the reservation weeks prior, with no response from the owner till the day we were meant to stay.

The apartment was in the perfect location to see the city for the first time. Inside it was very clean, comfortable, well planned out spaces, and nice little decorative touches. The wine bar downstairs was really great and had extremely helpful staff (owned and operated by the same person)

There's nothing really to complain about. There was a little bit of noise from a nearby bar on a Saturday night, but the windows blocked it out pretty well and every other night was fine.

We have reserved parking, but when we come parking was full and we must pay 25€ for one night parking,

The owner of the facility and the staff are very friendly . Apartment for every praise. Everything is neat and clean. We're thrilled.
