Stunning location and a short 10 minute walk from Old Town. The Hosts are an absolute pleasure to deal with and even have a small gift to one of my friends when they found out it was her birthday. Couldn’t recommend this apartment enough and will definitely stay here during my next stay in Montengro.

Villa Dolce Rosa is an amazing place to stay. The house is lovely, spotlessly clean, and has a stunning view of the mountains and overlooks the bay. We really enjoyed the large and beautiful balcony - you can hear the church bells ring and listen to birdsong. It's only about an 8-minute walk to the Old Town gate and the port, but it feels peaceful and quiet. It's in a quiet neighborhood of Kotor, Skaljari, and is surrounded by private houses with beautiful gardens. In the other direction, it's a quick drive to nearby villages along the bay. The hosts are incredibly kind and generous. You couldn't do better in a 5-star hotel - they left us with local wine, beer, and a welcome platter of cheese and prosciutto canapés with olives. At Easter, they came up with Easter bread and painted eggs which was so thoughtful. The large bathroom was stocked with lovely shampoo and shower gel, and lots of nice towels. There was a big TV, a great modern kitchen, equipped with everything you need for cooking meals, super Lavazza coffee machine, milk, juice and other supplies. There is a beautiful garden and somewhere to park. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Kotor - it will be hard to find a nicer place with such nice hosts anywhere. Our child did not want to leave!

The location was amazing,right outside of old town in a quiet suburb. 10 minutes from the east gate. The generous balcony has stunning views of both the bay of Kotor and the old fortress and mountain. The apartment was super clean and really well laid out. It had everything you would need for either a short or a long stay. Lavazza cofee machine was a real treat, and the kitchen is well stocked with all the basics plus some treats. Luxurious modern bathroom and fluffy towels and comfortable beds. So quiet yet so close to everything. Jaana and her husband were so warm and welcoming. Our family will definitely be back.

New, nice design, clean, everything that is needed is there (kitchen and bathroom supplies, hair dryer, iron, etc). Close to the city centre - about 10 min walk max, balcony with nice view. The hosts were very friendly, definitely recommend this apartment.

This place was amazing. The apartment was so clean and well equipped. The hosts were so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. There were lovely touches such as milk in the fridge, water and wine, and a lovely treat! The balcony and view was gorgeous. Location was excellent, a few mins walk to shop and bakery and 10 min walk to the old town. We will definitely return and would recommend staying here.
