Balcescu Residence

The property is comfy, but really lacks few things. Bathroom and room was pretty. Location us good, close to old square.

Well the room is really tiny. In “kitchen” is no kettle, only coffe machine and microwawe. The coffee machine is a bit dirty by hard water - same in shower. There is no A. C. which is in 38 °C summer a bit problem, there is no air flow in the room so it is hot very quickly. There afe no mirrors, well one really high and far away in the batchroom, but nothing closer and bigger in the room. In bathroom are no towel hangers. And the door handle to bathroom is almost not working, so you can not close yourself.

We stayed 1 night in Balcescu Residence,exeptional place, clean and modern..Bed was super confortable.Apartment has everything u need,Nespreso machine is big plus.Great location close to Brasov square,walking distance 2 min. We were lucky to find parking space right in front,cost was 25lei per day. Brasov is awesome place,we will come back for sure.
